She was the former Lucy May Cox, daughter of the late Charles and Annie (Pitts) Cox, Avondale, Hants County. She had been a resident of Belmont for 50 years. She is survived by her husband, two daughters, Clara (Mrs. Walter Beaver), Lillian (Mrs. Lionel Nichols), and one son, Orland, all of Belmont; one brother, Walter Forsythe, New Annan; 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. The body is at the Mattatall Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held in Belmont Baptist Church Tuesday at 2 p.m., Rev. Clinton Dunfield officiating. Burial will be in Belmont cemetery.
