• Obituary: Aug 24, 1961 Chronicle Herald: TRURO - Dorothy Creighton Teed, wife of Oscar Teed, Upper Belmont, passed away at Colchester County Hospital after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Creighton was born at Belmont 33 years ago, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Terley Roblee. She was a member of the Belmont Baptist Church. Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Essie and Edna and three sons William, Walter and James; her parents, two sisters Clara, Mrs. Bush Beaver, Belmont; Lillian, Mrs. Lionel Nichols, Belmont, and one brother Orland Roblee, Belmont. Remains are resting at Mattatall's Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held Friday at 3:30 p.m.
