The late Mrs Dodge was the eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs Miles Rainforth, both of whom predeceased her. She was born in Berwick West, and there spent her whole lifetime, during all of which she was widely known and highly esteemed as a homemaker and for her influence on all phases of community betterment. Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Miss Myrtle, who devoted herself to looking after her mother all during her long illness, and by three sisters -- Mrs Robert Palmer (Ermina), Weston; Mrs George Hutchinson (Adelia), and Mrs George Fancy (Gertrude), both of Morristown; also one brother, Frank Rainforth, Windermere. One brother, Orland Rainforth, predeceased Mrs Dodge. Funeral servoces were conducted b y Rev W E Cholerton, paster of Berwick Baptist Church, at the Dodge home and in Berwick United Church, Monday afternoon, when music was furnis hed by Berwick Male Quartette, with Miss Georgia Fancy as organist. Interment was in Berwick Cemetery, and the pallbearers were George Fancy, Hartley Hutchinson, Hazen Rainforth, Whitney Rainforth, Lorimer Rainfort h and James Dunn.
