Born in Wallace she was a daughter of the late Lorne and Beulah (Lewis) Langill. Cecelia enjoyed flowers, gardening and watching all things in nature. Surviving are her sons, Allen (Karen) Langille, North River; Dennis (Rachel) Langille, Port Elgin; Michael and James Baxter, both of Wallace; daughters, Carolyn (Shawn) Livingston, Christina (Mark) Tanner, Parrsboro; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren ; brothers, Claude Langill, Wallace; C. Holly (Margaret) Langill, Montague, P.E.I.; Curtis Langill, Wallace; sister, LaVerne (Arnold) Teed, East Wallace. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Claude Baxter; children, Judy and Dale in infancy; brother, D'Wight. There will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m., July 29 in Hillside Cemetery, Northport, followed by a celebration of her life in the Wallace Community Hall. Donations in memory may be made to the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society.
