Teed, died suddenly at home her Friday. She had resided in Belmont for the last 57 years. Born at River Philip, Cumberland County, 77 years ago, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter Knight. She was predeceased by her husband, one son, and a brother. She is survived by four daughters, Hazel (Mrs. John Turkitch), Selkirk, Man.; Ellen (Mrs. Reginald MacLeod), New Glasgow; Laura (Mrs. Carl Turner), Belmont; and Frances (Mrs. Luther Turner), Belmont; and by three sons, Edgar, Oscar, and Charles, all of Belmont. Also surviving are three sisters, Florence (Mrs. William Dickson), Belmont; Alberta (Mrs. Angus Reynolds), Springhill; Mrs. Lilla Lindsay, Scarborough, Ont., and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. The body is resting at the Mattatall Funeral Home, Truro, from where funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. Committal will be in the Lewis Memorial Vault, Robie Street Cemetery and burial will take place in the spring in the Belmont Cemetery.
