Corbett, 58, of Shippenville RD 2, wife of a Clarion doctor, died at 6:30 am Sunday in her home. Born April 29, 1923, in Clarion, she was the daughter of Wayne M. and Esther Mae Thompson Moore. On October 11, 1954, she was married to Dr. Lawrence E. Corbett who survives. Mrs. Corbett was a homemaker. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Clarion and the Order of Eastern Star in Clarion. Mrs. Corbett was a charter member of the Clarion Hospital Guild. Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Mrs. Jack (Barbara) Shook of Clarion and Mrs. David (Cheryl) Hartman of Wexford; a brother, Thomas D. Moore of Clarion; a sister, Mrs. James (Peggy) Reed of Clarion; and three grandchildren, Randy, Pam, and Kris Shook, all of Clarion. Preceding her in death were her parents and a sister, Dorothy Reed. Friends will be received after 2 pm today in the Robert V. Burns Funeral Home in Clarion. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm today in the funeral home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am Tuesday in the funeral home with Rev. Leroy W. Jones, pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Clarion and Dr. Clair Heitzenrater, retired Methodist minister, officiating. Interment will be in the Clarion Cemetery.
