He served five years with the R.C.A.F. in the Second World War. At the time of his passing he was employed with Simpson-Sears as a service technician. Besides his wife, he leaves to mourn, son William and three grandchildren in England, son Daniel; daughters Lila, Pat, Carol and Angela of Winnipeg; sisters Mrs. Mona Hatton, Winnipeg, Mrs. Ione Baker, Saskatoon, Sask; brothers Erle, Penzance, Glenn, Chilliwack, BC, Roy, Germany, John of Saskatoon and Bruce of St. James, Man.
