Lightbody, 82, of Westborough, passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester. She was the wife of 60 years to George C. Lightbody who passed away in 2008. Born in Westborough, she was the daughter of the late Mark F. and Gertrude (Travers) O'Brien. She was educated in Westborough schools and was a graduate of Westborough High School. Mrs. Lightbody was employed in administration at Bay State Abrasives prior to her retirement and has been a lifelong resident of Westborough. Marjorie is survived by three sons, Mark W. Lightbody and his wife, Margaret, of Natick, Jon C. Lightbody and his wife, Susan, of Westborough and Paul T. Lightbody and his wife, Laurie, of Westborough; one brother, Gerald P. O'Brien of Westborough; two sisters, Ruth O. Welsh of Westborough and Joan B. Wood of Westborough; seven grandchildren, Jon, Danielle, Sarah, Ben, Ryan, Amy and Lauren, and one great grandchild, Kayliana. She was the sister of the late William O'Brien.
