Dawson, 85 of Gulfport, passed away Tuesday Sept. 25, 2018 at Gulfport Memorial Hospital. He was an only child born to Clarence and Mildred Dawson in Rhode Island. Donald joined the US Air Force, which brought him to Mississippi in 1957. He graduated from William Carey College 1964 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Donald was a member of the International Lions Club, loved bowling, gardening, and sold insurance for many years. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. He is preceded in death by his parents. He will be interred at Biloxi National Cemetery at 10:00 AM.
