He was born November 23, 2011 in Jellico, TN to Shannon and Susan Kier. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Ray Kier and Virgil Bills. He is survived by his grandmothers, Kathy Bills of Jellico, TN and Terri Kier of Williamsburg, KY, 5 aunts Kimberly Hicks, Virginia Hill, Karen Bills, Amber Strunk (Rick), and Jill Kier, 5 uncles, Joshua Bills, Issac Bills, Michael Bills, Jacob Bills, and Gerald Kier, several cousins and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Funeral service will be 1:00PM Wednesday February 26, 2014 at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wilma Bills officiating. Following the service he will be laid to rest in the Bills Cemetery on Kentucky Hill. Visitation will be after 6:00PM on Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
