Along with her father, she was preceded in death by her husband Shannon Kier and her son Lee Issac Patrick Kier. She is survived by her mother, Kathy Bills of Jellico, TN, 3 sisters Kimberly Hicks of Jacksboro, TN, Virginia Hill of Jellico, TN, Karen Bills of Jellico TN, 4 brothers, Joshua Bills of Jellico, TN, Issac Bills of Jellico, TN, Michael Bills of Jellico, TN, Jacob Bills of Jellico, TN, a step brother Jason Cheek of Oak Ridge, TN, 2 nieces, 1 nephew, and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
