Jean was born March 26,1926 in Dorchester, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of the late Earnest and Louise (Currier) Phinney. Jean spent time in Stoneham Mass. and later moved to Amherst, NH and was a resident of Wilton for over 15 years. Jean was married on June 30, 1946 to Donald Parker, Sr. who died in 1994. They spent 48 years together. Jean graduated from Quincy High the Class of 1944. She worked as sorter for the Weymouth Savings Bank for many years. Jean enjoyed Ceramics and Power Boating on the Atlantic Ocean with her family. Jean loved to talk and enjoyed a good conversation. She will be sadly missed. Jean is survived by 2 sons; William and his wife Linda Parker of Zephyer Hills, FL, Benjamin Parker of Weymouth, MA, one daughter Debbie and her husband Wayne Leavitt of Lyndeborough, NH, one brother Neil and his wife Virginia Douler-Phinney. Jean was blessed with 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by 2 sons; Donald Parker, Jr. and Neil Edwards Parker, also 1 grandson Eric Benjamin Parker and one sister Doris Trickel, also one daughter-in-law Audrey Parker.
