'96 84, of Pictou, passed away peacefully in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow on August 14, 2016 following a brief illness. Born in Cape John, she was a daughter of Wilfred and Myrtle (Langille) MacLellan. For many years Florence owned and operated the Vogue Beauty Shop in Pictou. The homes she shared with her husband Bert were always open to family and friends. She is survived by her brother, Rennie (Audrey); sister, Betty Craig (Doug); sister-in-law, Aggie MacLellan; many nieces and nephews who she loved like her own children, especially John and Mary. She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Albert "Bert" MacLean; her parents and siblings, Aubrey (Mary), Bill, Roy (Shirley), Lloyd, Irene (Vince), Eva (John), Maye (Archie). Funeral was held August 21 in the McLaren Funeral Home in Pictou. Interment in Waterside Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Waterside Cemetery Fund.
