Obituary: 84, The Berkley, Halifax, died peacefully on August 11, 1998, in Camp Hill Veterans' Memorial Building, QEII. Born in Halifax, she was the beloved wife of the late Victor Legg and daughter of the late Willis and Elizabeth Fader. She was predeceased by brothers, Jack, Gordon; sister, Millie (Elliott); two brothers in infancy. In her earlier married years, Beatrice was a Sunday school teacher and Explorer leader at Oxford Street United Church. She was a member of Bethany United Church, a longtime member of Chester Golf Club and founding member of the Sunset Bowling League. She is survived by son, Robert and wife Lynne; granddaughters, Kimberley Jane, Halifax; Stephanie Lynne, Amherst.
