OBITUARY:
DeBaie, William Edward - 86, Parrsboro, formerly of Springhill, died Thursday in South Cumberland Memorial Hospital, Parrsboro. Born in Springhill, he was a son of the late Patrick and Mary (Hayes) DeBaie. He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Martha Gillis, Springhill; Mrs. Susan McManaman, Pickering, Ont.; Mrs. Gladys Phillips, Kitchener, Ont.; several grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Stella Willigar [sic]; two daughters, Shirley and Irene; a son, Raymond; two sisters, Millie and Florrie; three brothers, Pat, John and Jim. The body is in A.H. Brown Funeral Home, Springhill.
