'96 Age 53, of Parrsboro passed away suddenly on Monday, June 6, 2016 at home. Born in Midale, Sask., he was a son of the late Dean and Jean (Taylor) Spencer. Jay was the recipient of a double lung transplant in 2011, that gave him 5 precious years that he enjoyed to the fullest. He is survived by a sister, Deborah Beal (Herb), Parrsboro; brothers, David (Anne), Londonderry; Bob, Gerry, both of Parrsboro; several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Friday, June 10, 2016 at St. George's Anglican Cemetery, Rev. Emmanuel Mutale officiating. Reception to follow at the Parrsboro Baptist Church.
