• Obituary: Halifax Chronicle Herald, Jun 11, 1974 WESTVILLE - Mrs. James Teed Sr., 73, of Spring Garden Road, formerly of Malagash, died Sunday in Aberdeen Hospital. The former Florence Snell, she was born in Springhill, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fredrick Snell. Surviving are six daughters, Marjorie, Cora, Kathleen, Lona and Geneva, all in Ontario; Deanna, Germany; two sons, James, Westville and Donald, Ontario. She was predeceased by her husband and a son, Leonard. The body is at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville, where funeral will be held Wednesday 2 p.m. Interment will be in Bay Head cemetery, Colchester County.
