  • Obituary: January 31, 1927 - October 2, 2019 Carver, Marie Joyce ~ 92, of Millville, Kings Co. passed away peacefully Wednesday, October 2, 2019, in Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Middleton, with her son at her side. Born in Rockland, Kings Co., she was a daughter of the late Azie and Florence (Palmer) Lutz. Marie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who loved working alongside her husband on the family farm. She was a member of the Aylesford Baptist Church. Surviving are her daughter Linda Hiltz, Wellington, Yarmouth Co.; son, John (Joanne) Carver, Aylesford; grandchildren, Michael (Karen) Hiltz, Wellington; Monnette (Keith) Ebbett, Wellington; Matthew (Elisha) Hiltz, Bridgewater; Andrew (Natasha) Hiltz, Wellington; Joshua (Melanie) Hiltz, Wellington; Tanya Carver, Long Island, NS; Chrystal (Branden) Duguay, Trenton, ON; John Jr. Carver, Aylesford; great- grandchildren, Caeleb, Bailee, Courtney, Emma, Seth, Ellie, Jenna, Janaya, Boden, Nathaniel, Madeline, Gabrielle, Andie Jacqueline "AJ", Chaysen, Mason, Riley, Kaylee; sisters, Janice (Robert) Dunn, Berwick; Carolyn (Bill) Schrage, Ottawa, ON; Marina (Charles) Hudson, Salisbury, NB; brothers Hardy (Jessie) Lutz, Berwick; Robert (Maureen) Lutz, Berwick. A Celebration of Life will be held 1:30 pm Saturday, October 12, 2019 in the Aylesford Baptist Church with Rev. Clyde Lowe and Pastor Patrick Gilbert officiating. A private interment has taken place in the Aylesford Union Cemetery. A reception for family and friends will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory may be made to Soldiers Memorial Hospital Transitional Care Unit or a charity of choice.
