Palmer, of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2025, at Lahey Medical Center in Burlington, Massachusetts, surrounded by his loving family, after a courageous three-year battle with cancer. Born and raised in Chelmsford, Bryan was the son of the late Thomas A. Palmer Jr. and Mary (O'Loughlin) Palmer. He remained a lifelong resident of the town and attended Chelmsford schools. For most of his working life, Bryan was employed in the construction industry. He was an avid reader with a deep interest in history, particularly World War II. A devoted Boston sports fan, he rarely missed watching a game. Bryan also had a deep interest in his faith and found great meaning in participating in Bible study groups. Most of all, Bryan treasured time with his family. He was a proud spectator at his grandchildren's baseball, softball, and basketball games\emdash rain or shine. He is survived by his daughter, Meghan Fisk, and her husband, Christian Arias, of Methuen, MA; and his 3 grandchildren; his brother, Thomas A. Palmer Jr., and his wife, of Westford, MA; his sister, Nancy Finnegan, and her husband, of Boston, MA; and his aunt, and her husband, of Tewksbury, MA. He was predeceased by his brothers, James Palmer and David Palmer. Bryan will be remembered for his strength, humility, kindness, and the love he showed to those closest to him. Funeral services for Bryan Palmer will be held on Monday, June 23, 2025 10:00 a.m. at the Dolan Funeral Home, 106 Middlesex Street, N. Chelmsford, MA 01863 followed by a funeral mass at St. John the Evangelist Church, 115 Middlesex Street, N. Chelmsford, MA 01863. Burial in St. Jospeh Cemetery, Chelmsford, MA to follow.
