Jim was born October 18, 1960 in Trenton, Ontario to John and Evelyn (Murray) Chambers of Tatamagouche. Tatamagouche became home for him in 1973 where he spent many happy years. Jim is survived by his parents, John and Evelyn; the love of his life, Ange; his pride and joys, Josie, Nick, Taylor, Chelsy, Nathan and Amanda; six beautiful grandchildren; as well as sister, Carla (Jack); aunt, Marina (Gary); extended family of nieces, nephews and cousins; father-in-law, Gerry (Linda) and mother-in-law, Beverley; brother-in-law, Wally Hunt. He was predeceased by his brother, Ben and his sister, Heather. Jim was known for his bigger than life hugs, friendly smile and the ability to make everyone he met feel like family. He spent many years trucking and making countless friends but his heart was always at home with his family. His favourite place to be was at the shore enjoying a cold beverage with Ange. If he couldn't be found at the shore then he could be found on his Harley riding with his biker brothers whom he will be dearly missed by. Here's to a life lived to the fullest and sometimes the fastest (Brap). May the Harley's be loud, the drinks be cold and you continue to laugh that deep belly laugh we will all miss so much. In true Jimmy style, we would like to invite friends and family near and far to join us this summer, 2021, for a celebration of life that will be announced at a later date. At this time, a private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that you do a selfless and random act of kindness to honour the big heart that loved us all so much.
