Born in Tatamagouche, she was the daughter of Barbara Vincent, Tatamagouche and the late Stewart Chambers. Patty loved to go for drives and attend Church. She was a very special, loving person that brought to people around her great joy with a smile that showed her love of life and well as her family and friends. It is with great grief that we mourn her passing, but with great joy that we celebrate, that in heaven, all of her infirmities will be gone. As Dr. Cooper told us at her passing "she was a true inspiration to all who knew her". Surviving is her brother, Scott Cameron (Melissa Ingemansen), Tatamagouche; sister, Carla Cameron, Bible Hill; Step-brother, Willis Vincent (Connie), Prince George, B.C.; Step-sister, Nancy MacKenzie (Colin), Malagash; "grandmother", Margaret Glenn, Central New Annan; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her step-father, Aubrey Vincent; maternal grandparents, Jim and Mary Swan; paternal grandparents, Luther and Rena Chambers. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Thursday, May 29 in Coulter's Funeral Home (657-3288) 48 Riverside Dr., Tatamagouche, N.S. B0K 1V0. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, May 30 in Earltown Community Church, Mr. Rufus Peacock officiating. Burial will be in Lockerby Memorial Cemetery, Tatamagouche. In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to North Shore Health Services Foundation. The family would like to give thanks for all of the wonderful care given to Patty during her life from Dr. Creighton, Dr. Glasgow, Dr. Cooper and all of the medical and hospital staff at Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital.
