He was a member of Stewiacke Mens Club and Order of Railroad Telegraphers. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Eric Rhind, Waterloo, Ont.; Shirley (Mrs. Grant O'Brien), Enfield, Hants County; Donna (Mrs. Edward Smith), Truro; two sons, Gary, Hubbards, Halifax County; Michael, Stewiacke; sister, Margaret Stewart, Kentville, Kings County; 12 grandchildren; a greatgrandchild; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Sadie Woodworth; three brothers, Leo, Lawrence, Joseph; stepmother, Ivy Carr.
