Doc, the son of Dr. Wylie and Mary Willigar, was born in Pincher Creek, AB, on October 13, 1940. He will be missed dearly by his wife Nadia and his sons Mitchell of Vancouver and Marc of St. Albert. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 28, at 2:00 P.M. at the St. Albert Catholic Parish, 7 St. Vital Avenue, St. Albert, AB. It was Doc's wish that he be cremated.
