Willigar 'Bert' 1929 - 2003 WILLIGAR, Bertram F. "Bert" - 73, of Parrsboro, Cumberland Co., passed away Friday, January 31, 2003, in South Cumberland Community Care Centre, Parrsboro. Born in Parrsboro, he was the son of the late Max and Irene (Fulton) Willigar. He was employed in various capacities in the shipping industry; 21 years on gypsum ships from Hantsport and later 21 years with Moosonee Transport, Moosonee, Ont., retiring in 1994. He is survived by his wife, the former Jessie Barkhouse; daughters, Florence Payne (Paul), Halifax; Darlene (Jerry Morris), Fort McMurray, Alberta; son, Aubrey (Marlene), Moncton; sister, Diane Smith (Raymond), Halfway River; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, Eric; brother, Royden. Visitation 7-9 p.m. Saturday (February 1, 2003) at Smith's Funeral Home, Parrsboro, where funeral will be held 4 p.m. Sunday, Rev.
