Obituary: It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, great grandmother Mildred Hazel Stright (Tower) 93 of Lake Echo. Mildred passed away peacefully at the Dartmouth General Hospital on July 26th. Born in Dorchester Cape, New Brunswick on November 12, 1928 to the late WIlliam and Ada Tower. She will be deeply missed by her children Helen Arsenault (Joseph), Brayden (Micheline), Phyllis Meagher (Stan), Elizabeth Campbell (Ray), Starr, Peter (Noreen) as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews too numerous to mention. She was predeceased by her husband Norman, sons Frederick, Shane and Glenn, daughters Violet and Ada.
Cremation has taken place, a grave side service will be held at the Bayfield Cemetery, 150 Bayfield Rd, Bayfield, N.B. at 2pm Saturday August 6th. This will be followed by a Celebration of Life at 449 Murray Rd. N.B. All are welcome and encouraged to come share their stories of Mildred and her antics.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia or charity of your choice in Mildred's name.
