  • Obituary: A.F. Davison Died Very Suddenly at His Home in Bridgewater Bridgewater, November 26- A.F. Davison, one of the town's best known citizens and one of the most prominent lumber operators in Nova Scotia died at his home here early this morning. Mr. Davison was apparently in the best of health early last evening when he went out to spend the evening with friends. When he returned home he complained of feeling ill. Dr. Davis was summoned and some time later, while the doctor was with him, he passed away. Heart failure is given as the cause of death. For many years the deceased was identified with the lumber industry of the province and in the countryside surrounding Bridgewater he carried on extensive operations. He was active in civic and church affairs and was well known throughout the province. He is survived by his wife and one brother, Fred of Bridgewater; one daughter, Katherine in Toronto; and two sons, H.F. Davison, Orlando, Florida, and Donald, of Windsor.
