  • Obituary: Betsy Ann (Mouser) Erlenbach, "Muzzie", passed away peacefully at age 67 on Monday, May 21, 2018. She was born on April 21, 1951 in Bethel, Vermont, the daughter of James and Ann (Noble) Erlenbach. Betsy grew up in Bethel, but moved to Ohio with her parents on their farm where she raised sheep. She graduated from Delaware Hayes High School. Betsy soon moved to the country with her own family and started a small farm. She planted many vegetable and herb gardens. Betsy gained a great reputation as an excellent crafter and creator. She enjoyed watching the butterflies, bees and hummingbirds visit her many flower gardens. She enjoyed traveling home to Vermont over the summer to visit her parents and other relatives. She also enjoyed talking about gardening and old family recipes. She was known as "Muzzie" by her grandchildren. In 2013, Betsy started working at SourcePoint in the Meals on Wheels department. She loved her job and the staff/volunteers. She was a member of the Scioto Ford Model A Club. Survivors include her daughter, Laurie Ann Coy (Brian) of Radnor, her son, Colin Fogle (Meris) of Cape Coral, FL, her grandchildren Jacob, Andrew and Emily, brother Jim Erlenbach (Kang) of Omaha, NE, special pets Chelsea and Smokey, several cousins, and many close friends. Betsy was preceded in death by her mother and father. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 7 p.m., on Thursday, May 31st at Snyder Rodman Funeral Center, 101 Valleyside Drive, Delaware where friends may call prior to the service, from 5-7 p.m. Betsy will be buried in Bethel, VT with her parents. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Meals on Wheels program at SourcePoint or The Humane Society of Delaware County.
