Willard H. "Bill" Moore, 75, of North Park, will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in Lewis Colonial Benbough Mortuary. Burial will be in El Camino Memorial Park, with military honors. He died Thursday in his home. Cmdr. Moore was born in North Carolina, lived in the county 56 years and served 30 years in the Navy. He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War, and was involved in the Bikini Islands atomic-bomb testing in the South Pacific. Cmdr. Moore had been the operations officer of the 32nd Street Naval Base in San Diego. He was a 32nd-degree Mason, a member of the Normal Heights Masonic Lodge 632 and a past patron of Normal Heights Order of the Eastern Star 478. Cmdr. Moore was also a member of the Train Collectors Association, the Toy Train Operating Society and the All Gauge Toy Train Association of San Diego County. Survivors include his wife, Audrey; three sons, Willard of Ramona and David and Leroy, both of San Diego; two daughters, Judy of San Diego and Pamela Kish of Spring Valley; and eight grandchildren.
