Born in Bear River, she was a daughter of the late Ira and Grace (Morgan) Harris.Sheila worked for 25 years with the Department of National Defence until her retirement. Sheila and her husband, Ronald enjoyed travelling throughout Europe and taking RV trips throughout the Maritimes. She enjoyed her word search, reading new books and watching crime shows. Sheila is survived by her husband of 58 years, Ronald Parker; daughter, April (Doug) Hamilton. Bedford; son, Kevin Parker (Barbara Riley), Bedford; grandchildren, Jillian (Kris), Krista (Aaron), Destiny (Dave), Devin; great-grandson, Finley; sisters, Mary Harris, Linda Gullen, also several nieces and nephews. A special thank you to staff at White Hills Long Term Care Centre for the care and compassion they gave to Sheila. As per her wishes a private family service and interment will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery, Bear River with Rev. Mark Cress presiding.
