• Obituary: Minnie Jensina Myers of Yarmouth passed away March 4, 2007, at Coastal Manor. She was born on June 16, 1915, in Cumberland, the daughter of Marie and Lars Larsen. Minnie was predeceased by her husband, William Henry Myers; her grandson Stevie Berg; and her two brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her children, Kaye (Bob) Vilburn, Wilma Robinson, Bill (Linda) Myers, Elna (Phil) Clancy, Meg (Gray) Leighton, Bob Myers, and Dori (Jay O'leary) Smith. She was a loving grandmother to 22 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. She also leaves several nephews, nieces, cousins, and two sisters- in-law. Minnie graduated from Greely Institute in 1932. She devoted her life to raising her family and giving to others. For 25 years she enjoyed being a Foster Grandparent at Baxter School and Yarmouth schools.
