He leaves a wife but no family. Three sisters survive, Mrs. Julia Young, residing with a second sister, Mrs. Walter Troop at Granville Ferry, and Mrs. Agnes Randall, of Middleton. The deceased had been in poor health for some weeks and the end was not unexpected. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. A. W. Watson and interment was in the cemetery at Granville Centre where the deceased had resided previous to removing to Granville Ferry. The funeral which was under Masonic auspices was largely attended.
