Born in Gore, he was a son of the late William J. and Ver-na B. (Gowe) MacPhee. He en-joyed all sorts of farming and specialized in wild blueberries. He was an avid reader and a true entrepreneur. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 58 years, Joyce (McCulloch); sons, Tony Ross (Betty), Terry John (Debra); grandchildren, Scott, (Prily), Tanya (Tim); great-grandchildren, Prisco, Cameron, and Allister; sister, Vivian Hayes; numerous nieces and ne-phews. He was predeceased by sisters, Olive MacPhee, Janie Withrow; brothers Arthur, Albert, Phillip and Graham. Vis-itation will be Tuesday, Decem-ber 20, from 6-8 p.m. in Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie, from where funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, De-cember 21, Chuck Paterson DLM officiating.
