Born on October 30, 1947, he was the son of the Late Willis and Gertrude MacPhee. Bernard is survived by his daughter Tara, brother Lloyd (Dianne), Aunt Evelyn (Carl) Angevine, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. Besides his parents, he is predeceased by his brother Vaughan, sister Linda and a brother in infancy. Cremation has taken place and a private Graveside committal will take place at a later date.
