  • Obituary: MARLBORO- Edgar T. Fenton, 81, of 1919 East Main St. died Saturday in Marlboro Hospital. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Gladys (MacKenzie) Fenton of Marlboro and Kenneth T. Fenton of Waltham; a daughter, Mrs. Lois B. Carlson of Marlboro; four brothers, Norman, Roland and Arthur Fenton of Nova Scotia, and Stanley Fenton of Detroit, Mich.; three sisters, Mrs. Ethel McCassey of Gleasondale, Mrs. Blanche Riley of Boylston, and Mrs. Maggie Croft of Kentville, N.S., Canada, and 10 grandchildren. He was a member of First Congregational Church. He served in the Canadian Army in World War I. Born in Rawdon, N.S., Canada, he was a son of Thomas and Elizabeth (Withrow) Fenton, and lived here many years. He was a foreman at New England Mica Co. of Waltham for 30 years, retiring 16 years ago. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow in Richard P. Coldwell Funeral Home, 133 West Main St. The Rev. Zaven Dohanian will officiate. Burial will be in Gethseman Cemetery, West Roxbury. Calling hours at the funeral home are 7 to 9 this evening.
