Dorothy is survived by a brother, Herman Allen Bell of Memphis, Tenn.; a niece, Barbara Ann McRoberts of Memphis, Tenn.; a nephew, Richard Allen Bell of Harrison, Ark.; and special long-time friends, Tom and Pat Davis of St. Albans. Service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Bartlett-Chapman Funeral Home, 409 Sixth Avenue, St. Albans, with the Rev. Robert S. Leadman officiating. Burial will be in the Campbell Family Cemetery, St Albans.
