Obituary: On Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2014, Helen Howe Robinson, lost a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. She was born the daughter of Harold and Barbara Howe on Aug. 9, 1926, in Concord.
Helen is survived by her lovely husband, Roland; daughter, Nancy Mobile from Hillsboro; and son, Peter Robinson from Martha's Vineyard, Mass. Also two sisters, Mary Kneeland from Allenstown and Joanne Moulton from White River Junction, Vt.
Helen was a librarian for the town of Bow for many years. She was also the secretary for Wesley Methodist Church and an active church member as well as a choir member.
A memorial service, a celebration of Helen's life, will be held Monday, Feb. 10, at 11 a.m. at Wesley Methodist Church followed by a reception for family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Helen's name to the Alzheimer's Association at alz.org.
