Predeceased by her husband, Theo in 1999; son, Richard in 2000; brother, Richard Thomson in 1944; father, Norman Thomson in 1960; mother, Rudy Thomson in 1975; brother, Douglas Thomson in 1993; granddaughter, Nicole Dawn Strass in 1980. Eleanor is survived by two daughters, Ruby Forshner of Regina, Patricia (Glenn) Strass of Regina; one son, Bill of Regina; seven grandchildren: Meagan, Lindsay, Kyle, Corey, Carrie, Shauna, Shane; daughter-in-law Darlene of Regina; one brother Bobby (Pat) Thomson of Saskatoon; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial Service will be held on Monday, September 17, 2001 at 1:30 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Ave. with Rev. Desmond G. Patton officiating.
