Born, February 10, 1931, he was the son of the late Hartley and Beatrice (Roode) Lynds. Lawrence was a most unselfish person who was steadfastly concerned with the wellbeing of others. He was always interested in things related to the woods and farming. Surviving are, his sisters, Jeanetta, Lorraine, Linda and Sharon; brother, Rollie; many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Helen; brothers, Lloyd, Mac, Hartley Jr. and Leroy. As requested, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Interment will be at a later date in Earltown Church Cemetery. The family would like to thank Dr. Bush and nurses at Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital for the wonderful care given to Lawrence during his stay.
