Obituary: T. Agnes Mattatall

Mattatall, T. Agnes - 87, Pugwash and formerly of Tatamagouche, wife of the late Oscar Mattatall, passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at East Cumberland Lodge, Pugwash. Agnes worked most of her life as a house keeper and at a clothing store in Tatamagouche. Agnes loved to sew and play cards and bingo in her spare time. She is survived by her son, Lyman Mattatall "Sonny", Lower Sackville, N.S. ; grandson, Kyle Mattatall; sister, Annie Babcock; nieces, Tracey and Tara, both of Ontario, and Angela, Texas. She was predeceased by her parents David and Mary (Joudrey) Shea; sister, Myrtle Tattrie; step-mother, J. Pearl (Carter) Shea. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Coulter's Funeral Home, Tatamagouche. As with Agnes' request, there will be no visitation. A graveside service and interment will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2013 in Lockerby Memorial Cemetery, Tatamagouche. Memorial donations to the War Amps would be appreciated.
