Obituary: Banks - At Meadowvale, Annapolis Co., N.S., May 28th, Ingram Banks, aged 43. His end was peace. Bro. Banks professed faith in Christ a little more than a year ago, and was baptized into the fellowship of the Lower Aylesford church by the pastor. He with a number of other converts presented himself at the place of baptism amid a great storm, saying to me, "I am here, the enemy tried hard to keep me back, I went into my barn and prayed, I have gained the victory." He continued faithful in the service of his Master till death called him away. His death has cast a deep gloom over our community. His remains were interred on Wednesday, May 30, and a funeral discourse preached by the pastor from 1 Thess. 4, 13:18. May the God of all grace sustain the affected wife and family in their deep trouble. E.H. Howe
