He was born July 13, 1974, in Jacksonville, N.C., the son of Randell Vaughn Sr and Venus A. Chisholm Hoar. Mr. Hoar worked at Jacksonville Convalescent Center. He was lead vocalist and guitarist for the Funky Circus Fleas. Survivors: two sons, Aaron and Xavier Hoar, both of Beardstown; parents, Randell and Venus of Beardstown; great-grandmother, Louise Thompson of Beardstown; brother, Jeremiah Hoar of Beards-town; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and companion, Amber McClenning of Beardstown.
