Harris, 81, of 5154 Franklin Ave., Oswego, died Saturday at Crouse Irving Memorial Hospital. He was a former owner of radio station WSGO in Oswego. He was a member of the Oswego Lodge of BPOE Elks 271 and was a former member of Oswego Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club and Operation Oswego. His late wife, Evah Ball Harris, died in 1985. He is survived by a daughter, Nancy Petty of Baldwinsville; a son, Clifford Harris of Oswego; and five grandchildren. Services will be at 8 a.m. Monday at the Nelson Funeral Home, 124 W. Fifth St., Oswego, and at 8:30 a.m. St. Joseph's Church. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Oswego.
