Obituary: Frank. H. Fowler, 49 years old, Seattle architect, died yesterday at his home, 4703 15th Ave. N.E.
A graduate of the University of Washington, Mr. Fowler was at one time an assistant engineer for the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad. Later he specialized in architecture, practicing more than twenty years in Seattle. He maintained offices in the Smith Tower.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Frances L. Fowler; a daughter, Betty Ann, and a son, Franklin. The body is at the Home Undertaking Company.
