Markle, 88, of Cedar Street, who retired in 1983 from Lockheed Martin, Orlando, died Wednesday at Bert Fish Medical Center, New Smyrna Beach. Mr. Markle, a Navy veteran of World War II, was born in Melrose and came to this area in 1993 from Orlando. He enjoyed gardening and fishing. Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Glenna; four sons, Gary and Craig, both of Ocoee, Roger, Cumming, Ga., and James, Orlando; a daughter, Judy Johnson, Clermont; a brother, Donald, Plymouth, N.H.; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
