Mr Willett, who was the son of the late Walter Willett, Esquire of Granville Ferry, was well and favorably known in the County of Annapolis. He continued the business of his father, that of a general merchant, up to the time of his death and was most prosperous. He was in his 76th year. His wife, who was a Miss Churchill of Digby predeceased him in August last. There are no children. He is survived by 2 sisters and 1 brother: Mrs St Clair of Pictou, and Mrs Chas Troop and Laurence of Granville Ferry.
