  • Obituary: Professional Hockey Player. A native of Ottawa, Ontario, Gilmour played the position of Forward for the Ottawa Silver Seven club, later the Ottawa Senators from 1903 to 1908. Also on the team were his two brothers, Hamilton Livingstone 'Billy' Gilmour, Sutherland Campbell 'Suddie' Gilmour, Harry 'Rat' Westwick, and Arthur Cutler Moore, among others. In eight games with the team he scored 12 goals, and also helped to win the Stanley Cup. Gilmour passed away at the age of 40 in Mullin's Lake, Quebec, on September 27, 1932.
