Born September 21, 1910, in Kemptville, he was a son of the late Reginald and Lottie Gray. He was a veteran of the Second World War, serving with the Royal Hamilton Light Infantry. He worked for the Department of Lands and Forests as a fire tower operator. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and was a guide for many hunters. He is survived by his daughter, Wanda (Lawrence) Boudreau, Woodvale, Digby Co.; son, Glenn Gray, East Kemptville; sister, Amy Richardson, Yarmouth; granddaughter, Vikki. He was predeceased by his wife, Olive; grandson, Tyler; sisters, Helen, Carrie, and Edith; brother, Everette. Visiting will take place this evening from 7-9 p.m. in Sweeny's Funeral Home, Yarmouth, with funeral service 2 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home chapel, Rev. Warren Fitzpatrick officiating.
