He was born May 15, 1935 in McCamey, Texas. He graduated from high school in 1953 from Odessa High School. After graduation, Tom served his country in the Army, and completed his service in Anchorage, Alaska. After returning home, Tom attended college at Odessa College and Texas A & M University. Tom married the love of his life, Linda Jo Thompson on June 9, 1956. They spent 56 years together and raised three wonderful children. Tom was employed as a lab supervisor for Huntsman Corporation at the time of his retirement in 1998. He loved to spend his spare time pursuing his passion for hunting and fishing with friends and family. Tom and Linda were active members of Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Mr. Duncan was preceded in death by his parents, Lorraine and Bill Duncan, an older brother Robert Duncan and a twin brother, James Duncan.
