Mrs Luke had been in ailing health for several years. She is survived by her husband and eight children: Mrs Ludwig Fiedler, Mrs Frank Corwin, Mrs William Coulter, of Greenport; Mrs Ernest Wilsberg and Julian Luke, of Mattituck; William and Alexander, of Southold, Louis of Southampton, and twenty grandchildren. Funeral services were held on Thursday from St Peter's Lutheran Church, of which Mrs Luke was a member for about forty years.
