Beloved husband of the late Brenda Langille (2010) and dearly loved father of Christian Langille, Willie Langille, Britany Langille, Cherie Langille and Trudy (Jack) Durdle, Debbie (Jamie) Durdle. Cherished grandfather of Taylor, Bradley, PJ, Johnny, Nathan, Krista, Gregory, Justin, Brandon, Kaylee, John, Samantha and Rachel. Predeceased by his two grandsons, Robert and Charles. Dear brother of Dennis and Alice Langille, Glenn and Sandy Langille, Frank and Elizabeth Langille, Lynda and Dave Rowe, Irene and Wayne Marche, Marlene and Wayne Taylor, Robert and Adele Langille, Irvin and Brenda Langille, Craig and Donna Langille, Darren and Andrea Langille and the late Gerald Langille. Lovingly remembered by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Ronald was born in Nova Scotia on July 8, 1945, son the late Frank and Stella Langille . He was raised in St. John's, Newfoundland and then moved to St. Thomas, Ontario where he lived most of his life. Ronald was a Veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces and member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #41 in St. Thomas. He worked at Erie Iron and was also self -employed doing home improvements and working as mechanic. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, St. Thomas where funeral services will be held Friday at 1:00pm. Cremation to follow. Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the service on Friday from 12:00-1:00pm. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital Foundation.
